CAMERON NIELSEN

Cameron Nielsen is an Emmy and Telly Award–winning documentary filmmaker based in Portland, Oregon. He creates authentic, visually compelling films that highlight the people and places shaping our communities.

 

Cameron’s work has been in L.A. Times Short Docs, PBS’s Truly CA, and at film festivals worldwide. He is a staff cinematographer and editor at Oregon Public Broadcasting. Previously, Cameron worked as a freelance filmmaker for outlets including AJ+, Insider Docs, and NBCUniversal.

 

He holds a master’s degree from UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.
